Adam K: Hello, sir.
Adam K: How are you?
aaron: Good antibiotics ready to go?
Adam K: I was going to say you got bit by a dog.
Adam K: How'd that go?
aaron: I guess about as well as it could have.
Adam K: Yeah, well, I mean, did you have to, like, beat the dog off of
Adam K: you or did it just run off?
aaron: Um, well, it was at the dog park and Riggs and I showed up.
aaron: I never go to dog parks on weekends and and rarely on
aaron: Fridays because that's when like the, the once a month or once a
aaron: year dog owners come out and their dogs are like, what the
aaron: hell is going on?
aaron: And they're not used to it.
aaron: And it's just always a mess.
aaron: Anyway, I happened to go on Friday and showed up, and there
aaron: were these two dogs that, uh, showed up there like shortly
aaron: after that I'd seen before Riggs seen before, but they're like
aaron: kind of very aggressive.
aaron: Like they run in and immediately like figure out who to hump.
aaron: It's like prison rules or something.
aaron: And so the one dog ran in and
aaron: immediately grabbed Riggs and
aaron: started hunting him, and Riggs
aaron: turned around to like, check him
aaron: as dogs.
aaron: Do you know, to be like, no, that's not what you do?
aaron: And when Riggs turned around to check him to, you know, to say
aaron: like, ah, this German shepherd just swooped in from, you know,
aaron: out of nowhere.
aaron: I had never seen it.
aaron: I hadn't seen the owner before and started attacking Riggs.
aaron: And I, you know, I've been I've seen enough dog fighting to know
aaron: when it's a it's, it's play a really aggressive play versus
aaron: like a dog fight.
aaron: And this was a dog fight.
aaron: And Riggs started screaming at this dog.
aaron: You know, this dog was like gnawing on his leg and like
aaron: really going to town.
aaron: So I try and separate them.
aaron: And the German Shepherd got even more aggressive and like bit
aaron: Riggs his leg.
aaron: So I grabbed the German Shepherd.
aaron: The German shepherd gets my hand and put a bunch of holes in it.
aaron: And so then I punched the German Shepherd twice in the head, and
aaron: it was this second punch where it was like, oh, I human punches
aaron: are no good.
aaron: And it kind of like, you know, lumbered off to his owner who
aaron: the owner, you know, despite all this is a pretty cool, but, uh,
aaron: he, you know, in the
Adam K: He
aaron: moment.
Adam K: sounds cool.
aaron: Yeah, it's pretty rock and roll.
aaron: Um, but he saw his happen and he was in this position where he's
aaron: like, he couldn't be mad at me for punching his dog because of
aaron: what was going on.
aaron: And so he just kind of like took
aaron: his dog and was like, uh, and my
aaron: hand was just like spurting
aaron: blood.
aaron: It was covered in blood.
aaron: And, uh, I walk off of Riggs and, and I just, I look back at
aaron: that guy and go, you come here with my bloody hand.
aaron: And he just kind of like, sulks
aaron: over and and I got his
aaron: information.
aaron: I got witness information and
aaron: and, uh, Riggs is doing fine
aaron: now.
aaron: I had to watch him for like a day or two to make sure he
aaron: didn't tear anything, but he's got a hole in his leg.
aaron: I got more holes than he did, but thankfully
Adam K: That's good.
aaron: he's lucky.
Adam K: The second or third time this has happened.
aaron: That he's been attacked by a dog.
Adam K: Where you got attacked?
Adam K: There was
aaron: Oh,
Adam K: multiple attacks and then you had to, like,
aaron: this is the second time.
Adam K: this
aaron: So
Adam K: is
aaron: the
Adam K: the second
aaron: that
Adam K: time.
aaron: first time was that pit bull
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: that also came out of nowhere.
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: And.
Adam K: Didn't. What did you have?
Adam K: You took their house, right?
aaron: Huh?
Adam K: Are they
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: the owner got the death penalty, if I remember.
aaron: Yeah. In Texas, there's no trial.
aaron: It's automatic death penalty.
aaron: And you and your dog are
aaron: executed together in the same
aaron: room.
Adam K: That's
aaron: It's
Adam K: cool.
aaron: just.
aaron: It's gas.
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: It's like that.
aaron: Colored gas.
aaron: It's it's rainbow gas that comes
Adam K: It's
aaron: in.
Adam K: just that scene from the end of The Boy in Striped pajamas.
aaron: Now it's more like the mist or something, but, um.
aaron: No. Did they die in.
aaron: I don't remember how that
Adam K: In
aaron: went.
Adam K: the mist.
aaron: Uh, wasn't there was the fog that turns you inside out?
aaron: That doesn't matter.
aaron: Whatever.
Adam K: Where there's the fog.
Adam K: And then there's the mist.
Adam K: The mist doesn't kill you.
Adam K: It holds all these, like Cthulhu Lovecraftian creatures that come
Adam K: out and kill you and look scarier in black and white.
Adam K: And then I don't want to spoil
Adam K: the ending because it's got a
Adam K: good ending if you haven't seen
Adam K: it.
Adam K: It's one of the the better endings to a horror movie.
aaron: With the guy and his family.
Adam K: It's not even his family.
Adam K: It's like, I think it's just his kid and two old people.
Adam K: That's
aaron: Very
Adam K: what
aaron: good.
Adam K: makes it even better.
Adam K: He's
aaron: Well,
Adam K: like, we
aaron: yeah.
Adam K: escaped.
Adam K: We did it.
Adam K: Well, this is the end.
aaron: More. But the the thing is, is now I have a new hole, the exact
aaron: same size, a half inch from where that pit bull hole was.
Adam K: Nice.
aaron: And yeah, actually, there's more holes this time.
aaron: Like it's the one hole is the
aaron: same shape, same angle, same
aaron: everything.
aaron: And so now I can see the progression of my life in these
aaron: scars in my hand.
aaron: It was really deep too.
aaron: Mika looked at it and she was like, oh, I can see fat.
aaron: And I was like, oh.
Adam K: I mean, that's just her nice way of telling you.
Adam K: You need to lose weight, but
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: it's kind of her.
Adam K: Anywho.
aaron: Yeah. She knows how thick skin is.
aaron: And so I can't be like, this is skin.
aaron: And like, no, no, no. That's a very thin layer of skin over a
aaron: layer of fat.
Adam K: Well, I hope you get your mobility back
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: soon.
aaron: I got kind of a claw hand on my left hand right now.
Adam K: So you don't.
Adam K: So you're knowing you, you're probably still working out, but
Adam K: only the right
aaron: I'm
Adam K: side
aaron: gonna,
Adam K: of your body.
aaron: I'm gonna go right after this actually.
Adam K: Okay.
aaron: I'm gonna wear surgical gloves while I do it like this cool
aaron: black dude at the gym.
aaron: Does
Adam K: Mhm.
aaron: he, like, wears all black, a
aaron: black beret and black rubber
aaron: gloves.
aaron: When he works out, it's like a it looks like a Black Panther
aaron: from the seventies.
aaron: Like like he if he had a cigar while he was working, I'd be.
aaron: I'd be like, I have to work out with you.
aaron: Please just let me.
aaron: I don't know what you're doing,
aaron: but I want to do what you're
aaron: doing.
Adam K: I like the the Reddit post of people taking photos of other
Adam K: people at the gym and being like, this guy's been sitting
Adam K: here the whole time.
Adam K: He's like, and you're a pussy and won't go talk to him.
aaron: Yeah. What are you doing?
Adam K: Yeah, you're just
aaron: I.
Adam K: invading, invading privacy when you're not supposed to be even
Adam K: taking any photos at whatever.
Adam K: It's Planet fitness, who
aaron: No,
Adam K: cares?
Adam K: But whatever.
Adam K: Creep.
aaron: no. I go upright to them and I go, you almost done?
aaron: I want to hop on this.
aaron: And I, you know, almost every time they go, oh no, I'm good.
aaron: And then they get off, you know,
aaron: like it's, it's never the
aaron: showdown of there's no showdown
aaron: ever.
aaron: That's a very that's a selection bias on the internet.
aaron: Most people, they realize like, oh, fuck, I've been sitting here
aaron: for fifteen minutes on tick tock and they get off.
aaron: And then
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: even one guy, uh, Thursday, I had these one hundred pound
aaron: dumbbells in each hand and I was walking them back to the rack
aaron: like, like a, you know, the waddle of that much weight.
aaron: And the guy had set up a little mini tripod with his camera and
aaron: was addressing the camera, like right in front of where the
aaron: hundred pound weights go.
aaron: And I don't even like, I'm not going to where I just go, excuse
aaron: me, man, excuse me.
aaron: And he goes, oh shit.
aaron: And then he like, he's like, and he's like, I'm sorry, sorry.
aaron: You know, and there wasn't some,
aaron: you know, he wasn't like, what's
aaron: this dude getting in my stream
aaron: for?
aaron: He was like, oh fuck.
aaron: I I'm, I'm not working out.
aaron: I'm streaming.
aaron: So.
Adam K: It's. That should be an extra tier that the twenty four hour
Adam K: fitness charges you or whatever, if you're an influencer.
aaron: You pay for the filming.
Adam K: Yeah. Well, I mean, you're technically using a filming
Adam K: location for free or, you know, twenty four dollars a month or
Adam K: whatever they charge.
Adam K: I don't know what prices are.
Adam K: I think I pay thirty.
aaron: I pay thirty two dollars a month for
Adam K: Yeah,
aaron: where did I go?
Adam K: well, I pay for the black card
Adam K: fitness so that I can use the
Adam K: massage chair And the other
Adam K: massage chairs.
Adam K: I don't really massage you.
aaron: That's gross.
Adam K: It
aaron: I
Adam K: is
aaron: paid
Adam K: gross.
aaron: the extra money to be able to go
aaron: in there when fifty cent is
aaron: there.
Adam K: They have one of those machines
Adam K: from the nineteen fifties, but
Adam K: they modernized it where it just
Adam K: shakes you.
Adam K: It's just a vibrating plate.
Adam K: But they also added red lights.
Adam K: So it's supposed to be giving you a tan, I think.
Adam K: I'm not sure.
Adam K: And
aaron: Well,
Adam K: then it just.
aaron: the thing that like, straps to your middle and shakes you.
Adam K: Yeah. But instead it's just a
Adam K: vibrating floor and it's
Adam K: supposed.
Adam K: I've used it a couple of times.
Adam K: I'm not sure I'm getting
Adam K: anything out of this other than
Adam K: my knees are weaker than when I
Adam K: started.
Adam K: But it's for somebody, and that's
aaron: Huh?
Adam K: cool.
Adam K: Oh.
aaron: I thought it was going to be one of those, like, wooden horses,
aaron: like one of those exercise equipment they had on the
aaron: Titanic or something.
Adam K: Uh, they just have torture racks.
Adam K: Yeah.
Adam K: Uh,
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: they have a pyramid you can sit on and an iron maiden.
aaron: They have the workout equipment
aaron: that has a little place for the
aaron: ashtray.
aaron: So you can.
Adam K: Well, so I've, I remember
Adam K: hearing a bunch of crap about
Adam K: planet Fitness and people were
Adam K: saying like, oh, you know, they,
Adam K: they feed you pizza and Tootsie
Adam K: Rolls.
Adam K: And, uh,
aaron: Donuts?
Adam K: if you, yeah, if you drop a dumbbell, like an alarm goes
Adam K: off, mine doesn't have any of that stuff, which is fine.
Adam K: I don't need to be tempted by
Adam K: pizza, but I'm wondering if that
Adam K: was just like a single owner
Adam K: thing because I think it is a
Adam K: franchise.
Adam K: So.
aaron: No, I think the Lunk alarm is a pretty universal thing with.
aaron: I mean, I'm pretty sure.
Adam K: While the mine has no lunk alarm, I have to just make the
Adam K: noise myself whenever someone drops a dumbbell.
aaron: Woo woo.
aaron: The
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: balloons drop down.
Adam K: Um. It's.
aaron: So everyone can't see and they
aaron: just end up hurting themselves
aaron: with weights.
Adam K: Unrelated, I've been getting my ass kicked a lot more outside of
Adam K: the planet fitness.
aaron: Mhm.
Adam K: Anyway, can you tell I'm sick?
aaron: No.
Adam K: Okay, I feel like I have a weird, weird voice.
Adam K: It's
aaron: What
Adam K: very
aaron: are you?
Adam K: gravelly.
aaron: Are you sick from another Disneyland trip or something?
Adam K: Probably, actually. Yeah. By proxy, I got
aaron: MM.
Adam K: I got a, I got Disney sickness.
aaron: MM.
Adam K: It happens.
Adam K: You can only ingest so much
Adam K: magic before it gets to your
Adam K: insides.
Adam K: It's not healthy.
aaron: They should just spray sanitizing spray in the lines
aaron: like, you know, miss.
aaron: During summer, they missed water.
aaron: It just.
aaron: It's just Clorox.
aaron: It just creates a nice little shield of anti-bacterial ness.
Adam K: I feel like they already do that.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: And they call it pixie dust
aaron: MM.
Adam K: anyway. Well then.
Adam K: Yeah, so I basically spent this
Adam K: weekend being sick and learning
Adam K: about you getting attacked by a
Adam K: dog.
aaron: Yeah. It's a pretty low weekend, but
Adam K: I'm sorry.
aaron: that's that's fine.
aaron: Um,
Adam K: MM.
aaron: I, uh, I'm on the road to recovery.
aaron: I still got some stuff done that
aaron: even though I got about half
aaron: done of what I wanted to because
aaron: I have half of my digits, but
aaron: worked out and, uh, yeah, so
aaron: I'll be able to show you that I
aaron: think
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: in
Adam K: I'm
aaron: a couple
Adam K: excited.
aaron: days.
Adam K: I can't wait to see your your, uh, vibe coded crap app.
aaron: I have this thing deployed on
aaron: Vercel, but I haven't pushed it
aaron: live yet because I'm doing
aaron: security checks and stuff on it
aaron: to, to make sure my Social
aaron: security number, all but the
aaron: four last ones are, are
aaron: obscured.
aaron: So.
Adam K: Why don't you just use the the company e I n.
aaron: Yeah, that's good too.
aaron: That'll be the password.
Adam K: That's a good one.
Adam K: Uh, I was doing a similar thing this past week and a little over
Adam K: the weekend, but trying to get an app on the App store.
Adam K: I've never actually done it, but
aaron: It's
Adam K: just
aaron: a pain in the ass.
Adam K: really is.
Adam K: Yeah, a buddy of mine just.
Adam K: He wants a like a he doesn't care that it's vibe coated.
Adam K: He's like, whatever.
Adam K: I just he's starting like his own personal fitness business.
Adam K: And he just wants a really simple app that like he can
Adam K: upload videos to, to clients and go, this is how you're supposed
Adam K: to do, like, you know, this squat or this, it's just a
Adam K: personal training app.
aaron: Uh.
Adam K: And I was like, okay.
Adam K: Yeah. So threw in Claude and did the whole thing.
Adam K: And I'm like, oh, it seems to work.
Adam K: I don't know.
Adam K: Um, he's like, yeah, this is perfect.
Adam K: It's exactly what I need.
Adam K: Uh, how do we get on the App store?
Adam K: I was like, well, I pay one hundred dollars and I'm now I'm
Adam K: a developer because
aaron: Uh.
Adam K: I also, you know, I have a debit card.
Adam K: So
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: that's all, that's all it really takes.
Adam K: I was unaware.
aaron: You have a fifth grade reading comprehension.
aaron: You're a developer now.
Adam K: That's very kind of you.
Adam K: I, I and the drop down I hit fourth, but whatever, whatever
Adam K: gets gets me into this test flight that I've been trying to
Adam K: figure out all weekend.
Adam K: So it's the app is running on my
Adam K: phone, but now I'm just I need
Adam K: to like get other people to use
Adam K: it.
Adam K: And that's just been a, uh, a real clusterfuck.
aaron: Wait.
Adam K: It's not fun.
aaron: Oh, is it is it downloadable now?
Adam K: I believe so.
Adam K: I got it built on my computer using Xcode, and then it built
Adam K: on my phone.
Adam K: And then I got it running on.
Adam K: I got like a download link through Testflight so that I can
Adam K: test it that way.
Adam K: But like, I, I'm not the one to be testing it like this.
Adam K: The guy needs to test it.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: So.
aaron: And I'm not going to test it
aaron: because I don't want any
aaron: security vulnerabilities.
aaron: So.
Adam K: No. Yeah. I mean, Claude said it's good.
aaron: Uh, yeah.
Adam K: As it escaped from its cage and, uh, downloaded some some files
Adam K: off Hugging Face and then left some instructions for its other
Adam K: AI friends to do the same.
aaron: Taken over Zuckerberg's yacht so it doesn't respond to calls and
aaron: whatever else it ends up doing.
Adam K: Sorry for the cough.
Adam K: Uh,
aaron: That's
Adam K: that was
aaron: fine.
Adam K: also funny and not so funny.
Adam K: All the.
Adam K: You saw Christopher Lambert fell.
Adam K: That's not good.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: Brad Pitt, uh, drinking again because
aaron: Oh,
Adam K: his kids disowned him.
Adam K: Yeah. It's
aaron: I
Adam K: really.
aaron: like that.
aaron: The only thing I really cared about was these two, uh, n b a x
aaron: n b a guys who are trying to join the WNBA.
Adam K: What?
aaron: Yeah. There's these two guys, so
aaron: they're going to enter in the
aaron: draft.
aaron: They're these former NBA players, and they're going to,
aaron: uh, enter in the WNBA draft because the WNBA is language on
aaron: who can play in the WNBA.
aaron: It's too ambiguous, i.e. a transgender person could
aaron: potentially, you know, sign up.
aaron: So these two guys are declaring themselves as women and they're
aaron: going to enter the draft.
aaron: And look, I, I think we both agree.
aaron: First of all, there's like two transgendered players in the
aaron: world of any sport.
aaron: I think they're both golf, but, uh, it doesn't matter.
aaron: Who cares?
aaron: Like be who you're supposed to be and all that stuff.
aaron: That being said, how amazing would it be to see these two,
aaron: like, seven foot dudes join the WNBA and, like, get one hundred
aaron: thousand points a game and just completely demolish, and then
aaron: the viewership on the WNBA quadruples, it quintuple
aaron: whatever it is.
aaron: And people are just, it just starts this chaos, this
aaron: beautiful chaos of like, every time one of those dudes gets the
aaron: ball, they should play the Harlem Globetrotters theme.
aaron: And, and just they're just doing tricks and stuff like on prime
aaron: prime time game.
aaron: Just and, uh, I just, that's what I really want to see that
aaron: it just has nothing to do with any transgender anything.
aaron: It's purely for the utter chaos it would cause.
Adam K: I'm
aaron: Because
Adam K: just.
aaron: in the end, yeah.
Adam K: I'm just glad we solved all of
Adam K: our world's issues to focus on
Adam K: this.
Adam K: That's it.
Adam K: I'm glad.
Adam K: I'm just
aaron: I
Adam K: so
aaron: just.
Adam K: glad everything's perfect.
aaron: I think that I mean, I don't I don't remember who said it, but
aaron: they were like, there should be a like, uh, an, an everybody
aaron: league, you know, that's
Adam K: Sure.
aaron: like the elite league or whatever.
aaron: I mean, it's kind
Adam K: A
aaron: of
Adam K: co-ed.
aaron: it's yeah, whatever, because
aaron: that'd be fucking entertaining
aaron: as hell.
aaron: But also, uh, yeah, I mean, it the idea of like, I don't know,
aaron: it should just be the best of everybody and everyone should be
aaron: able to do drugs.
aaron: That's, I mean, that's my I
Adam K: Didn't
aaron: think
Adam K: they?
aaron: everyone can agree on
Adam K: Didn't
aaron: that.
Adam K: they do that?
Adam K: And then a guy who didn't do any
Adam K: drugs won the swimming
Adam K: competition.
aaron: Yeah. they had the drug Olympics in Las Vegas.
aaron: I was going to go to him this year, but then I was like, I
aaron: didn't really want to give Peter Thiel any money, any more money
aaron: than I'm already giving him.
Adam K: I
aaron: And
Adam K: mean, you're giving it to him some way or another,
aaron: yeah,
Adam K: whether you know it or not.
aaron: but I wanted to go to Vegas to see the the dope to Olympics.
aaron: And yeah, that one guy ended up
aaron: winning, I think because the
aaron: other swimmers were just too
aaron: heavy.
aaron: They just sank.
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: I don't I think, uh, swimming's one of those sports where it
Adam K: genetics helps when you're shaped like a shark, like a
Adam K: Michael Phelps type situation.
aaron: No, he's shaped like a he's like a aqua dolphin man.
Adam K: Yeah. He's got the he's a giant
Adam K: Dorito man with I think he has
Adam K: tiny legs.
aaron: His tiny legs and I think he has webbed toes.
Adam K: Yes.
aaron: I'm not sure.
Adam K: The longer you're in the water, the better.
aaron: I
Adam K: But.
aaron: think he's basically Kevin Costner from Waterworld.
aaron: I think he I think his gills behind his ears.
Adam K: Oh, man.
aaron: And he hates little girls
Adam K: What?
aaron: and loves, loves dirt.
aaron: I don't know.
Adam K: Are you talking about Michael Phelps or Kevin Costner?
Adam K: Not.
aaron: I don't
Adam K: Not
aaron: know.
Adam K: the Mariner or whatever his name is.
Adam K: I think they call him Web Face Gill, man.
aaron: How they called him oyster.
aaron: Is that was that another movie?
aaron: Yeah.
aaron: I guess no one was like oyster.
Adam K: You might be thinking of Field of Dreams.
Adam K: I don't know,
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: Kevin Costner is a divisive, uh, movie star for some reason.
aaron: All I have to say, I, I do think
aaron: I do think as many drugs as
aaron: athletes can fit in their bodies
aaron: before
Adam K: But they
aaron: they
Adam K: but they
aaron: literally
Adam K: did that
aaron: explode.
Adam K: and it and it didn't didn't change anything or I, the most I
Adam K: saw was just the.
Adam K: There's also just too much news
Adam K: going on, but the only thing I
Adam K: saw pop up on that was the
Adam K: swimmer beat all the guys on
Adam K: drugs.
aaron: Well, also, that was just like, you're not supposed to.
aaron: It's ruining the fun of it when you call attention to it.
aaron: It's like, you know, uh, this
Adam K: Bumfights.
aaron: is going to be the, the all natural strip club where there's
aaron: no enhanced breasts.
aaron: This is a directly applicable example.
aaron: But you hear that and you're like, oh, that's cool.
aaron: But I kind of just would rather be surprised.
aaron: The same thing with like
aaron: baseball, like the most exciting
aaron: era was when Mark McGwire was
aaron: hitting balls like a half a mile
aaron: because, you know, and he still
aaron: had like syringes in his ass as
aaron: he was walking out to the plate
aaron: like that was the most exciting
aaron: time.
aaron: Like, drug up everybody, make them.
aaron: You know, I think growth hormone
aaron: NBA players should be twelve
aaron: feet tall.
Adam K: I
aaron: They should
Adam K: look,
aaron: raise
Adam K: I look
aaron: the
Adam K: forward
aaron: basket.
Adam K: to living in your utopia.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: whenever that happens.
Adam K: Um, so this game you sent the, what was it called, eighty car
Adam K: stories or whatever.
aaron: I think it's called boring car stories.
Adam K: Boring car story.
Adam K: So you sent it to me.
Adam K: I wasn't in a place where I could listen to it.
Adam K: I was like out shopping or something.
Adam K: And then I saw I was like, okay.
Adam K: And so I assumed the way the game worked was there was a
Adam K: radio and it just had
aaron: No,
Adam K: boring car stories.
aaron: no.
Adam K: And then I, when I listened to it later, I went, wait a minute,
Adam K: why would you call it boring car stories that there's no car
Adam K: stories in it
aaron: Mhm.
Adam K: is the idea.
Adam K: People who play this game will
Adam K: make their own boring car
Adam K: stories.
aaron: I think from what I can see right now, it's a it is like a
aaron: therapeutic way to just tune out and not have to deal with any
aaron: kind of like overt realism or arcade nonsense, and to just
aaron: drive in nineteen eighties North Africa for, I don't know why.
aaron: It's North Africa for whatever
aaron: reason, but you're just driving
aaron: these things like pedal to the
aaron: metal, going like eighty miles
aaron: an hour or ninety miles an hour
aaron: through desert and winding roads
aaron: and stuff.
aaron: And I think you have 80s music playing or something like that.
aaron: But I think the idea is for people to just sit down and not
aaron: think and just drive in an era that they didn't live in, in
aaron: cars that they would hate if they actually had.
aaron: But it's it's that thing that's happening, nostalgia for a time
aaron: you never experienced basically.
Adam K: Okay.
aaron: Um, it's like when we were kids
aaron: and everyone wanted to live in
aaron: the sixties.
aaron: Kids now are wanting to live in the late eighties and 90s.
Adam K: Right.
aaron: That's that's what this is.
aaron: So I saw that I was like, the static is awesome.
aaron: Like the aesthetic is great of like just, you know, it's, it's
aaron: Don Henley boys of summer in a, a beta coupe in Egypt driving
aaron: around or whatever, you know, right before it rusts.
aaron: But I was like, man, it would be cool if you did have to stop at
aaron: a gas station, you have to stop at a gas station eventually, and
aaron: then you end up talking like Red dead style to some guy that you
aaron: don't know what his deal is, or if he's a ghost or not.
aaron: And you know, he, you, you talk to them and you have some
aaron: interesting little tidbit and then you go on your merry way.
aaron: And I was like, oh, that'd be
aaron: great to write the little
aaron: tidbit.
aaron: But maybe these people developing it are like, no, no,
aaron: no, no, you just drive and you never run out of gas and you
aaron: just go and it's just a dream.
aaron: And, you know, I, I, so I don't know.
aaron: I don't know what their deal is, but.
Adam K: I don't either.
Adam K: It's early access, so anything can happen.
Adam K: And yeah, I think if excuse me if you want to.
Adam K: Like I said, if you want to just attempt it, I'm down.
Adam K: I'm down to figure out a way to play this thing.
Adam K: And you can sit shotgun with me and we can tell boring car
Adam K: stories from the eighties.
aaron: At least be able to, you know,
aaron: pick up a pick up a hitchhiker,
aaron: you know,
Adam K: Mhm.
aaron: um, and
Adam K: With Claude,
aaron: just.
Adam K: you can do anything.
Adam K: We could mod this thing.
Adam K: I'll ask
aaron: We
Adam K: this
aaron: love
Adam K: guy.
aaron: your game.
aaron: We're
Adam K: Yeah,
aaron: selling it as our own.
Adam K: we forked it.
Adam K: It's on GitHub.
Adam K: Pay us.
Adam K: I don't know, I. Yeah, I mean, what's to stop you from just
Adam K: reaching out to the developer and being like, hey, I know you
Adam K: probably don't have any money in my, my currency, but
aaron: Mhm.
Adam K: I here's my pitch for your thing.
Adam K: I want to write some boring car stories for you.
Adam K: All you have to do is pick up a hitchhiker and, uh.
Adam K: I mean, why not?
Adam K: You have people, like, submit them.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: Why not?
Adam K: Why not?
Adam K: Is what I'm saying.
aaron: Um, so many reasons, but I guess I should just email him.
aaron: And the thing the worst will be is like, no, we're focused on
aaron: the, the speedometer physics right now and we can't do that.
aaron: And if
Adam K: You
aaron: that's
Adam K: say
aaron: the case.
Adam K: we as in it's more than one person.
aaron: It feels like it's two people.
aaron: Possibly it might be two people talking to two people when it's
aaron: all said and done, but it doesn't feel like one person.
aaron: It feels like there's maybe two, possibly three
Adam K: Okay,
aaron: because
Adam K: let's.
aaron: it was there was two idiots talking.
aaron: They're like, they saw some dude
aaron: who was just making GIFs or
aaron: videos of this driving through
aaron: Egypt.
aaron: They're like, we should make just a driving game this.
Adam K: Do the accent.
aaron: Um. I don't even know if they're like, there's a possibility
aaron: these dudes that are like, they're from California or
aaron: something and they're like, oh, this is just, this is
Adam K: I
aaron: our
Adam K: mean,
aaron: view
Adam K: according
aaron: of.
Adam K: to their AI built website, they are Alpha Labs.
aaron: I'm looking him up right now.
Adam K: Yeah. I mean, this might be the same people, I don't know.
Adam K: I'm barely
aaron: Wait.
Adam K: reading it.
aaron: So that that's in French.
aaron: So maybe they're Moroccan.
Adam K: Yeah. I think there's a different Alpha Labs I may have.
Adam K: Yeah.
Adam K: They may have picked a name that was already taken.
Adam K: I have no idea.
aaron: So this
Adam K: This
aaron: okay,
Adam K: this
aaron: a
Adam K: might be
aaron: driving
Adam K: a scam.
aaron: game focused exclusively on driving slow cars fast.
aaron: No car in the game is more than two hundred horsepower.
aaron: Half of them don't even have one hundred horsepower yet.
aaron: Very few games will let you feel
aaron: this engaged driving something
aaron: this slow.
aaron: Set in the eighties in North Africa.
aaron: The Makran region isn't isn't that like.
aaron: Or maybe that's like Chad or something.
aaron: Let me look at here.
Adam K: Could
aaron: No
Adam K: be
aaron: it's
Adam K: Chad.
aaron: Morocco. Yeah, yeah.
aaron: They
Adam K: Okay,
aaron: gotta be Morocco
Adam K: so
aaron: because they're speaking
Adam K: the
aaron: French
Adam K: French.
aaron: and stuff.
Adam K: Okay.
aaron: Um, also Chad's not North Africa.
aaron: Aaron.
aaron: Good job.
aaron: Uh, yeah.
aaron: So yeah, look, I mean, it's it's got a cool, you know, I don't
aaron: know, it kind of has a, a my summer car driving look,
aaron: actually, maybe that's they got partially inspired by that man.
aaron: How awesome would my summer car be?
aaron: Is there the American version of that?
aaron: Do you know?
Adam K: Of a game where you
aaron: The my
Adam K: put
aaron: summer car
Adam K: a.
aaron: but not Finnish or whatever.
Adam K: I messed with a couple of those
Adam K: simulators and they're not the
Adam K: same.
Adam K: They're they're a lot more handholding.
Adam K: It wasn't like, you know.
Adam K: Yeah, go find the, the spark
Adam K: plug that rolled under the
Adam K: carburetor
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: or whatever.
Adam K: Um, I don't know.
Adam K: I feel like there's so much crap out there where there's demand
Adam K: for this sort of stuff.
Adam K: And there's a popular game, it's
Adam K: called oh, I forget what it is,
Adam K: but it was like a drug simulator
Adam K: or something
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: that was, uh, that was, I think,
Adam K: climbing the Twitch charts for a
Adam K: little bit.
Adam K: But yeah, maybe people want to do card games again, just talk
Adam K: to Claude and say, build me the game of my dreams and it will
Adam K: mostly look okay.
Adam K: And, you know, one thousand
Adam K: dollars later, you'll have a
Adam K: game that, uh, runs like
Adam K: complete ass.
aaron: I don't I don't know what.
aaron: I have no basis for any of this
aaron: as far as like what games are
aaron: built in or what any of this
aaron: stuff.
aaron: Like if I wanted to build, okay, there's, there's two ways I
aaron: would build a American version of my summer car.
aaron: And I'm probably talking about things that already exist.
aaron: But the one way I would build it is it takes place in West
aaron: Virginia, like now.
aaron: And I think that would be the most applicable to like the
aaron: finish or whatever country it is version to where like you get up
aaron: and you have a nineteen ninety two Iroc Camaro that you're
aaron: trying to put, and it's just on blocks in your front yard.
aaron: You don't even have a garage and
aaron: you're just trying to get it
aaron: running that summer, but you're
aaron: having to run around and you're
aaron: constantly dealing with meth
aaron: heads.
aaron: You sometimes like to smoke a little meth, but you're not
aaron: addicted to it.
aaron: And, you know, like it's that kind of hill.
aaron: You gotta run pills sometimes you gotta do some things, you
aaron: know, you have a heart of gold, though, and you're great.
aaron: Or the other version is it takes
aaron: place in like Malibu in the
aaron: eighties.
aaron: And you're, you're like living in someone's back guest house or
aaron: something trying to get your I don't know what what the right
aaron: thing, your old Porsche to work or something like that.
aaron: And you're constantly having to like, you know, have sex with
aaron: older men's wives and stuff to get money and whatever.
aaron: You know, like there's a way to make this good, I think.
Adam K: I like the, uh, the Camaro angle because then it's just the story
Adam K: of every guy who is twenty years plus trying to pick up their
Adam K: girlfriends from high school and
aaron: That
Adam K: the game.
aaron: was me.
Adam K: Yeah. And then the game just ends with the police showing up.
aaron: Oh, not twenty
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: years.
aaron: Well, you know, yeah, I was, I, I was working on my car trying
aaron: to get it working so I could go drive my date to prom.
Adam K: That's the twist of the game is
Adam K: like, you get your car working
Adam K: fine.
Adam K: Let's go pick up your date.
Adam K: And it's a fifteen year old girl, and then the cops are
Adam K: waiting for you.
aaron: Well, it's like you're picking up your date, but you're, you're
aaron: like, no, this is a similar last name as me.
aaron: And then, you know.
aaron: You're like, Aunt Polly.
aaron: I'm here to.
aaron: I'm here for my date.
aaron: Uh, well, anyway.
Adam K: I
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: say, just lean into it.
Adam K: And yeah, if it's Virginia, you
Adam K: knew you were picking up your
Adam K: cousin.
Adam K: And then it does, you know, years later and your kids have
Adam K: webbed feet and they're swimming in the Olympics.
aaron: Yeah. You just fast forwarded time, and your son is trying to
aaron: put their own car together, but it's just made out of wood.
Adam K: We're there's two weeks in a row we've done this, like with the
Adam K: Duke Nukem thing.
Adam K: Right?
aaron: Or we developed a video game
Adam K: Well,
aaron: that would
Adam K: I
aaron: never
Adam K: think
aaron: make.
Adam K: there's our our demand.
Adam K: What we want is you, you pitch a
Adam K: concept and that that concept is
Adam K: takes a back seat to the other
Adam K: stuff.
Adam K: So it's like, yeah, you start off with a, a car on cinder
Adam K: blocks, but it's more about the relationships you form through
Adam K: your meth deals or the, you know, the, the abuse at home and
Adam K: all this other stuff.
Adam K: And then then you're reminded, you know, go buy some tires.
aaron: Mhm.
Adam K: I'd play that.
aaron: I
Adam K: I
aaron: think
Adam K: wouldn't,
aaron: it'd be.
Adam K: but I it would.
aaron: I think it'd be a fun game to.
aaron: I don't know how hard those things are.
aaron: I imagine they're very hard.
aaron: But like, I just remember my summer car and if you.
aaron: I think the thing that would me.
aaron: And maybe people developed this.
aaron: But if it had that little like, oh, you're if you're stuck here,
aaron: you need this bolt.
aaron: I'm sure there was like some random guides that got put
aaron: together for that.
aaron: But like, I don't know how hard
aaron: it is to build those, these
aaron: things.
Adam K: It's really
aaron: And
Adam K: easy.
Adam K: Anyone can do it.
aaron: is it?
Adam K: Yeah, you should just just
Adam K: download the unreal SDK and get
Adam K: to work.
Adam K: It's so easy.
aaron: But I have to think about what I use my time for these days.
Adam K: Making
aaron: I don't have
Adam K: games
aaron: a lot of I
Adam K: shovelware.
aaron: don't have a lot of time left.
aaron: And I'm like.
Adam K: If you keep getting bit by dogs.
aaron: Well, that and I just, you know, there's too many open projects.
aaron: And then I'm talking about making my West Virginia.
aaron: I don't know which people would rather play the West Virginia
aaron: game or the California game.
Adam K: Um hmm.
Adam K: I think you start contemporary.
Adam K: So you do modern day Virginia and you do the rock star method.
Adam K: So
aaron: Oh,
Adam K: you start.
aaron: and then you do.
aaron: Yeah, yeah.
Adam K: Yeah. Then you then you do
Adam K: nineteen eighties coked out
Adam K: Porsche owner.
aaron: Mhm.
Adam K: That's the.
Adam K: Yeah, that's the sequel or the expansion.
Adam K: And then you, you build out from there.
Adam K: And then eventually you get to
Adam K: like, you know, the invention of
Adam K: the model T, so you gotta like
Adam K: crank the car up and, you know,
Adam K: you're injecting opium into your
Adam K: genitals.
aaron: And you spend all this time,
aaron: like, working on this car to
aaron: just go slightly faster than
aaron: walking pace.
Adam K: Uh, regardless, you die of gangrene.
Adam K: Doesn't matter.
aaron: You die of a heart attack at thirty five years old?
aaron: Because
Adam K: Mhm.
aaron: that's just what happens.
Adam K: Do you have a meter where you're
Adam K: constantly fighting off
Adam K: syphilis?
aaron: Mhm.
Adam K: So it's but you're there's no it's just question marks.
Adam K: So you're just, you know, you're
Adam K: buying leeches or injecting
Adam K: whatever mystery medicine, you
Adam K: know, Coca Cola's new heroin,
Adam K: you're just.
Adam K: Okay, fine.
Adam K: Whatever opiate.
aaron: Has that like, mechanic where time goes way quicker and
aaron: because of the time period, like you're constantly having
aaron: children like every
Adam K: And
aaron: like,
Adam K: losing them.
aaron: yeah.
aaron: And you also have, you have like
aaron: a wife in the next city over,
aaron: you
Adam K: Mhm.
aaron: know, because that's what you could have.
aaron: So you're, you're like really constantly having children and,
aaron: and then you just get the option to go out for.
aaron: Well, then it wouldn't have been a pack of cigarettes.
aaron: Then it would have been like, I need to go out for some radium.
aaron: I don't know what they would go out for, but and then disappear
aaron: and go to the next city.
Adam K: Uh, I think you just described Frank Lloyd Wright's life,
aaron: Mhm.
Adam K: except his family ended up getting murdered.
Adam K: He left his family for another woman, and then his entire
Adam K: family was murdered.
Adam K: And he's like,
aaron: Is
Adam K: I'm
aaron: that real?
Adam K: sad.
Adam K: Yeah, it's really sad.
aaron: Look this up.
Adam K: Learned all this in during the Wisconsin walking tour.
aaron: Uh.
Adam K: Yeah. This is as exciting as it sounds.
Adam K: I'm dying.
Adam K: Uh, I'm getting over this thing and just.
Adam K: It's not fun.
Adam K: It's not fun being sick this
aaron: Mhm.
Adam K: day and age, you know what I mean?
aaron: Um,
Adam K: I don't
aaron: I,
Adam K: want to do it anymore.
aaron: I have nothing but a claw for a hand, so I can't really.
Adam K: We're just.
Adam K: We're slowly falling.
Adam K: Not even slowly.
Adam K: We're just falling apart.
Adam K: I keep waiting for my body to heal itself.
Adam K: I'm like, why is that wound still open?
Adam K: I mean, I keep picking at it, but.
aaron: I've been moving really slowly
aaron: lately, and I'm like, isn't this
aaron: how it started with Michael J.
aaron: Fox and I keep like charting my
aaron: progress, making sure I'm not
aaron: dropping things inadvertently or
aaron: anything, but.
Adam K: As long as you don't call the ghost character doc on set, I
Adam K: think you'll be okay.
aaron: Is that what happened?
Adam K: That was like the beginning of the end.
Adam K: I think when he he realized he had it was on the set of The
Adam K: Frighteners and he kept
aaron: Oh
Adam K: calling.
aaron: that's right.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: Yeah, he kept calling the guy doc.
Adam K: And then he's like, no, it's it's not doc.
Adam K: And he was like, oh, sorry, I'm, I was somewhere else.
Adam K: And it's like, oh man, that sucks.
aaron: I think there's video of that online.
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: I'm gonna look that up too.
aaron: After this Frank Lloyd Wright stuff.
Adam K: Yeah. That's good.
Adam K: I'm giving you a lot of homework to go through.
aaron: Yeah. And then I gotta figure out how to make this game really
aaron: what I need to do and what you'll see because I'll I'll
aaron: send you the link to it probably probably in two days because I
aaron: it's right now I deployed that site, but it's on Vercel and I'm
aaron: going through like a checklist of like, is this fine?
aaron: Is this good?
aaron: Blah, blah, blah, blah.
aaron: And then I'll have a live link.
aaron: But when I have the live link, I want to make sure I'm ready with
aaron: the, uh, SEO things and all the metadata and all the stuff,
aaron: blah, blah, blah.
aaron: So on Google, uh, I have not archives it.
aaron: Whatever they
Adam K: Crawls.
aaron: do crawls it.
aaron: It's not deemed a shitty page
aaron: right off the bat, even if
aaron: people aren't looking for it
aaron: right now.
Adam K: Mhm.
aaron: Anyway, all that to say, I got
aaron: to get that going and show you
aaron: that so you can think of a
aaron: great, uh, campaign to get it
aaron: going, whatever.
Adam K: I was thinking we should make a gamer muzzle add for those guys.
Adam K: The CEO.
Adam K: I think I sent it to you.
Adam K: He emailed me and was like, I love the video.
Adam K: Thank you.
Adam K: And he's, like, sending me stuff from behind the scenes of like,
Adam K: his first, like airsoft mass that they had built.
Adam K: And I was like, that's really cool, man.
Adam K: Like, I'm never going to use this thing.
Adam K: But I was trying to think of a
Adam K: video that we could make
Adam K: together that would just make us
Adam K: laugh.
Adam K: So. Yeah, maybe if it is geezer.
Adam K: I just I want to make an unhinged ad.
aaron: Yeah, well, we can do that actually.
aaron: If if, uh, because while you
aaron: were talking, I was just
aaron: thinking of when I did those
aaron: that free work for that second
aaron: scan and how stupid I looked and
aaron: how
Adam K: So.
aaron: that was.
Adam K: Oh, that's, um, the funny thing there.
Adam K: I would have stumbled upon that video whether you had told me
Adam K: about it or not.
aaron: Really?
Adam K: Yeah. Because I went on YouTube
Adam K: and typed, I was just trying to
Adam K: pull B-roll and I typed in mass
Adam K: loaded vinyl.
Adam K: And that was one of the first videos that popped up.
aaron: Hold on.
aaron: Let me see here
Adam K: I mean, maybe
aaron: one
Adam K: it was
aaron: more
Adam K: a,
aaron: thing.
Adam K: it could have been affected by
Adam K: my viewing history or cookies or
Adam K: whatever,
aaron: Knowing me.
Adam K: but it was like you showed up in the thumbnail.
Adam K: I was like, I probably would have stumbled upon this anyway.
Adam K: There's a good chance.
aaron: I don't see me.
Adam K: Okay, interesting
aaron: Uh,
Adam K: that it doesn't show.
aaron: yeah.
Adam K: You don't show up for you.
aaron: No. Uh, which is where I see all this other stuff.
aaron: But, yeah, those people were good.
aaron: They.
aaron: They make good stuff.
aaron: The Karmann Ghia is like, two hundred pounds heavier because
aaron: of that company.
Adam K: My mask is just sitting on top of some dumbbells in the corner
aaron: Should we
Adam K: of my
aaron: make
Adam K: office.
aaron: an unhinged video for that company?
Adam K: That's what I was thinking.
Adam K: I was like.
aaron: Why don't we why don't we come up with some pitches
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: that for you and I and for a pitch meeting?
Adam K: Yeah. Again too.
Adam K: It's like, I don't want them to pay us yet.
Adam K: I, I want to just make something so bad that they kind of have to
Adam K: say no to it.
aaron: Yeah, yeah, we
Adam K: Because
aaron: spelled it.
Adam K: yeah, I mean it, But it's like, I don't want to do the same.
Adam K: Probably the place where our mind is going, which is like,
Adam K: okay, so most gamers are misogynistic, racist, um, you
Adam K: know, edgelords online.
Adam K: That's the easy one.
Adam K: I don't know.
Adam K: And then trying to think of what the psychotic version in the
Adam K: other direction is, but
aaron: MM.
Adam K: all the DayQuil in my head is making things fuzzy.
aaron: MM. Yeah.
Adam K: But the concept
aaron: Some gamer
Adam K: is there.
aaron: trying to like.
aaron: You know, it's just, it's some, uh, you know, half naked woman
aaron: in a bikini just comes in that he doesn't know that's trying to
aaron: borrow, um, something from him and he's like desperately trying
aaron: to get her away because he's a gamer and, uh, and he's yelling
aaron: at her and she just thinks that, uh, he he really wants her.
aaron: And so, uh, no, I don't know.
Adam K: Well,
aaron: Um.
Adam K: maybe it's something like.
Adam K: Like you and I are parents and
aaron: Uh-uh.
Adam K: we're just ashamed of our child.
Adam K: And we make an AI version of a what?
Adam K: Like our kid would look like if it had both of our genes.
aaron: Uh-uh.
Adam K: And we're just like, we're just
Adam K: so ashamed of him and he's so
Adam K: loud.
Adam K: But with the gamer muzzle or the
Adam K: vector, like we can at least,
Adam K: you know, we can hide him a
Adam K: little bit.
Adam K: Uh, you know, when we have
Adam K: people over for our weird sex
Adam K: parties.
aaron: I'm just imagining putting one
aaron: of those gaming masks on a
aaron: crying baby, and it's like,
aaron: silent.
aaron: And these, these parents are, like, very happy.
aaron: And then you cut to the, the chat in a game and it's wah wah.
aaron: It's just some battle royale thing.
aaron: And just someone's constantly
aaron: baby crying that they can't
aaron: mute.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: I do like mocking the consumer base.
Adam K: That's always good.
aaron: That's good.
aaron: That's always a winner.
Adam K: With the game or muzzle, you can put food in it to just
aaron: Oh, yeah.
Adam K: just.
aaron: You put the ranch in it and then put it to your face.
Adam K: Well, yeah.
Adam K: Just chicken.
Adam K: You fill it with chicken tenders and ranch and you mix it up like
Adam K: a, like a shake and bake.
Adam K: And then you, you put it on your, your teenager and then you
Adam K: got, uh, you know, three hours of Game of Thrones time or
Adam K: whatever you're doing.
aaron: These are all shitty ideas, but I think you and I could come up
aaron: with a really good one.
Adam K: Yeah. I, I like making stuff where there's nothing at stake.
Adam K: And since we did email thirty five environmental startups and
Adam K: not a single one got back to us.
Adam K: I'm
aaron: What if it's.
Adam K: yeah,
aaron: I know.
aaron: Okay.
Adam K: it's I'm
aaron: This
Adam K: just laughing.
aaron: is this is, uh, the gamer mask.
aaron: It's it's okay.
aaron: It's eighteen seventy something.
aaron: And you see this woman and, uh, you know, you see the sign on
aaron: the door says Helen Keller, and she's making all these noises,
aaron: and everyone's very, like, very impressed by her that she's
aaron: learned all this stuff, but she's still making all of her
aaron: Helen Keller noises.
aaron: So then the CEO of the company
aaron: comes out and gives her this
aaron: thing, and now she's able to
aaron: game quietly.
aaron: Um, I don't know what games Helen Keller plays.
aaron: Probably, uh.
Adam K: Hopscotch.
aaron: Uh, hot or cold.
aaron: I don't I don't know what she plays, but.
Adam K: I like where your your head's.
Adam K: I mean, I don't, but
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: I like where your head's at.
Adam K: Whoo!
aaron: Anything with Helen Keller is funny, and
Adam K: Mhm.
aaron: that's just a universal comedy thing.
aaron: Um, so.
Adam K: Maybe we market it to those guys at the gym.
Adam K: Filming.
Adam K: Filming.
Adam K: Filming.
Adam K: Filming themselves.
aaron: Mhm.
Adam K: So you don't have to hear them.
aaron: Oh, maybe that's a that's a
aaron: solve for your lunk alarm
aaron: problem.
Adam K: Mhm.
aaron: You wear that
Adam K: What?
aaron: gamer mask?
Adam K: Oh, so I can.
Adam K: I can film myself at the gym, wearing that mask, screaming at
Adam K: the top of my lungs.
aaron: Huh?
Adam K: You can still hear it.
Adam K: That's the other thing, too.
Adam K: Is that, like, you can still
aaron: Are you saying
Adam K: hear.
aaron: that the product that we're going to market as this great
aaron: thing doesn't work?
Adam K: No, I mean, it works.
Adam K: It's just
aaron: You just hear muffled
Adam K: it's
aaron: stuff.
Adam K: muffled at the end of the day.
Adam K: Like it?
Adam K: Yeah.
Adam K: It cuts it down by whatever they
Adam K: said twenty DB's or something
Adam K: like that.
Adam K: I,
aaron: Mhm.
Adam K: I didn't buy any test equipment to test it.
Adam K: It was just more of like, well, I sound like a broken robot and
Adam K: I hate talking into a microphone during a playing a video game.
Adam K: So I just, I've given up on that.
Adam K: I just type in chat, which takes longer, but
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: No, there's I again.
Adam K: The ideas are not coming because I'm on drugs.
Adam K: Legal drugs over the counter.
Adam K: I literally took them from over
Adam K: the counter at the drug dealer's
Adam K: house.
Adam K: But.
aaron: I didn't mind prescribed to me by someone who lives with me.
aaron: So whatever.
Adam K: That's cool.
aaron: I'm going to think about this.
aaron: This mask.
Adam K: Okay. Yeah, I wanted to ask you about that.
Adam K: And then I did.
Adam K: And then we had a discussion about it because I, I feel like
Adam K: their, their videos were very low budget, obviously.
Adam K: Like it's like the CEOs in the
Adam K: video and it follows this sort
Adam K: of like cookie cutter template
Adam K: of.
Adam K: But again, it feels, it feels like it could be massaged a
Adam K: little bit or we can just give it some, a weird edge that's.
Adam K: I was just thinking of that video you sent me of where
Adam K: someone like asked someone to make a video.
Adam K: And they they ended up doing
Adam K: the, uh, that submarine
Adam K: implosion instead.
aaron: Man. That's so good.
Adam K: That's where that's where I want to go where it's just, it's
aaron: The only
Adam K: so far in the other direction.
aaron: the only things I like, I think whether they're movies or ads or
aaron: whatever, is they're given a assignment and realizing that
aaron: they'll never have the ability to deliver to the brief and a
aaron: great assignment, they make something either about failing
aaron: to create it to the brief, like adaptation or something, or
aaron: completely ignoring it, which is kind of in the same token, but
aaron: completely ignoring it and making like that.
aaron: Yeah, that, uh, the summary and
aaron: the billionaire submarine, uh,
aaron: what the fuck was that thing
aaron: called?
aaron: Whatever.
aaron: I already forgot.
Adam K: Well, you sound like Don Hertzfeld.
aaron: Well, there's Don Hertzfeldt too, but yeah.
aaron: But, uh, I just love giving up and making something better.
aaron: That is only that the only thing you know how to make.
aaron: That's my favorite stuff.
Adam K: That's the thing too.
Adam K: Like I, I feel like it's this
Adam K: weird sort of catch twenty two,
Adam K: right?
Adam K: Like if you make the video to
Adam K: the specifications of the
Adam K: client, it's probably not going
Adam K: to be good because they have all
Adam K: these notes
aaron: Rules.
Adam K: and rules.
Adam K: And, but if you make it too edgy, then it comes off as too.
Adam K: Try hard.
Adam K: But if you bake in the story of
Adam K: yeah, we just did this anyway,
Adam K: then it becomes more
Adam K: interesting.
aaron: I
Adam K: But
aaron: think.
Adam K: you can't, you can't force it.
Adam K: It has to be kind of an organic thing.
Adam K: We're forcing it.
aaron: Yeah. You know, you're right.
aaron: I, I, I'm also reminded of that time at Roosterteeth where I
aaron: purposely tried to get well, I ended up succeeding, getting
aaron: kicked off of writing branded content and sponsored content.
aaron: After that Best Buy debacle,
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: that was probably a shining moment for me.
aaron: No, it was a shining moment.
aaron: I think it was.
aaron: But the when you can pitch something to someone and it's
aaron: exactly to the tee of what you're going to do, and they
aaron: think you're so crazy that they don't believe that that's what
aaron: you're going to do.
aaron: And then you do it, and then they're legally obligated to
aaron: accept it and pay for it because they agreed to it, that it
aaron: doesn't get better than that.
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: And then you get what exactly what you want.
aaron: You get fired from having to do those anymore.
aaron: Man.
Adam K: Well, my, my thought, my goal is like, well, this is just crap.
Adam K: I'll throw up on the YouTube channel or whatever.
Adam K: But the hope is that someone
Adam K: like a, uh, not a current liquid
Adam K: death, but someone of that ilk
Adam K: will see it and go, oh, I want
Adam K: to.
Adam K: Hey, I want to give you guys money and you just make whatever
Adam K: you want to make.
aaron: I
Adam K: I
aaron: want to
Adam K: don't
aaron: give you
Adam K: care.
aaron: guys two hundred dollars to make something crazy.
aaron: Let
Adam K: I
aaron: me go
Adam K: was thinking like one fifty, but
aaron: make
Adam K: man,
aaron: it
Adam K: if
aaron: one
Adam K: you
aaron: fifty.
aaron: You got a deal?
Adam K: I think if you can get it up to
Adam K: two hundred, man, I can eat this
Adam K: month.
Adam K: That would be great.
aaron: Yeah. After all this website building, I could use some cash.
Adam K: Remember when you built a WordPress site and it got hacked
Adam K: the day it launched and
aaron: I do.
Adam K: now.
aaron: That's why this is taking so long.
aaron: This time.
Adam K: Well, I was just saying like, how much PTSD do you have from
Adam K: that when you're about to launch something on Vercel?
aaron: More than I thought I would have.
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: Because that was, like, immediate.
aaron: That was like d o s. And immediately.
aaron: Yeah.
aaron: All my passwords taken from me and all that, like it was.
aaron: There was just no. No chance.
Adam K: I just, I mean, anytime I tell you, like I'm doing something
Adam K: like, oh yeah, I'm doing some work on the house or anything.
Adam K: I know you get that the hair on
Adam K: the back of your neck stands up
Adam K: of like, oh, Adam should not be
Adam K: doing that.
Adam K: He should not be playing with electricity, any of that.
Adam K: It's the same way I feel anytime you're, you're like, I'm
Adam K: launching an app.
Adam K: I'm like, ooh,
aaron: Well.
Adam K: you sure you want to do that?
aaron: You know, I,
Adam K: You
aaron: I,
Adam K: should,
aaron: I
Adam K: you should.
aaron: put a good eight years in between the last one and luckily
aaron: the damage from the last one is I think someone ordered a shirt,
aaron: but the payment didn't actually go through, but I couldn't send
aaron: them the shirt anyway.
aaron: And I still see sometimes a
aaron: comment of like, yeah, didn't
aaron: someone order?
aaron: Didn't thousands of people order
aaron: shirts from him and they didn't
aaron: get them?
aaron: I was like, no, it was literally it was one person ordered a
aaron: shirt and, but because I got locked out of everything, I
aaron: couldn't even see who it was that ordered the shirt.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: And
aaron: And,
Adam K: that's
aaron: and
Adam K: the day
aaron: Jess
Adam K: you learned
aaron: made
Adam K: about.
aaron: that great artwork for it.
aaron: You know, I was actually thinking yesterday, I was like,
aaron: is there a way that I could incorporate some of what Jess
aaron: made for that?
aaron: Like some, some of the imagery or something into this, like the
aaron: playful aspect to where that didn't go all for naught because
aaron: she made some great stuff.
aaron: But.
Adam K: Yeah, I mean, I can't speak unlike you.
Adam K: I don't speak for women.
aaron: Yeah. Well,
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: I as speaking for Jess, I know that I was proud making that
aaron: designing for Aaron.
Adam K: Your your heart was in the right place, and
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: I'm
aaron: But
Adam K: sorry,
aaron: my technical skills were not.
Adam K: but I'm just.
Adam K: Yeah. No, not even close.
Adam K: And it's just sad that ten thousand people didn't get the
Adam K: shirts that they ordered and that you pocketed all that money
Adam K: for mass loaded vinyl to go into your dream car.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: So.
aaron: See that money from the, like
aaron: fifty thousand people who
aaron: immediately subscribed and
aaron: bought shirts.
aaron: I lived off of that quarter of a million dollars for.
aaron: a year while I did other things.
aaron: And.
Adam K: Blew it all at a casino in Macau.
aaron: Yeah. Uh, what?
aaron: Uh, no. This time it's actually nice because there's all this.
aaron: All of these companies, stripe and checker and all these other,
aaron: they've got these, like, they basically set up these systems,
aaron: these API systems where they're like, uh, no, you, before we
aaron: grant you the full access, you walk us through your thing so we
aaron: make sure you're not fucking it up and our name is protected and
aaron: all this stuff.
aaron: So it's like later this week, or it might be next week, I have to
aaron: walk one of the vendors, the, the main vendor that does the
aaron: background checks on this thing, like to make sure that you're,
aaron: you know, pedophile, you're not meeting up with a pedophile or
aaron: something like that.
aaron: Uh, unless you select
Adam K: You
aaron: that,
Adam K: can't
aaron: which
Adam K: guarantee
aaron: that
Adam K: that.
aaron: is an option.
aaron: But this company, it's called checker.
aaron: They're like, no, no, you got to
aaron: walk us through end to end, the
aaron: signup flow, what this looks
aaron: like, how it works, blah, blah,
aaron: blah, blah.
aaron: And then you get the full access
aaron: because I've been working with
aaron: sandboxes, pardon me this entire
aaron: time, so
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: whatever.
Adam K: Well,
aaron: Anyway,
Adam K: yeah.
aaron: boring.
Adam K: You you know, you need to be in the sandbox.
Adam K: That's that's good for you.
aaron: This is good.
Adam K: Maybe
aaron: I
Adam K: stay
aaron: learned a
Adam K: there,
aaron: lot.
Adam K: though.
Adam K: Yeah. I'm in a sandbox right now.
Adam K: I'm a sandbox on my phone.
aaron: No.
Adam K: I don't know, but I'm
aaron: I'm
Adam K: wishing
aaron: going
Adam K: you
aaron: to.
Adam K: luck.
Adam K: You're going to write about that this week.
aaron: Uh, I might, yeah, actually,
Adam K: Okay.
aaron: um, because I think that I think
aaron: it'll be actually on the URL
aaron: this week
Adam K: Okay.
aaron: because right now I'm, I'm looking at it right now, but
aaron: it's, it's on the oh, it's on the, um, the state and not the,
aaron: what is it called?
aaron: What do they call it?
aaron: the the deployment preview or I don't know, basically it's all
aaron: at this, this protected domain that I'm it's like, I mean, it's
aaron: online, but it's not pointed to the actual domain.
aaron: So.
Adam K: I was trying to formulate a thought around this.
Adam K: I was just thinking about the
Adam K: time where usher got on the
Adam K: plane with T-Pain, and he, like,
Adam K: walked up to him and said,
Adam K: you've ruined music because of
Adam K: his.
aaron: To T-Pain.
Adam K: Uh, yeah.
Adam K: Like nicest guy in the.
Adam K: I think I saw the story where,
Adam K: like T-Pain sold his his music
Adam K: catalog for like one hundred
Adam K: million
aaron: On
Adam K: dollars
aaron: his
Adam K: or something.
aaron: kids.
Adam K: He
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: what?
aaron: Because
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: he was like, I want my kids to be good in this in the,
Adam K: Mhm.
aaron: the lives going forward.
Adam K: I think also Usher's I think he
Adam K: was really good friends with P
Adam K: Diddy.
Adam K: I don't know, I don't know.
aaron: Uh.
Adam K: This is just conjecture hearsay.
aaron: It sounds like almost like slander.
Adam K: No no no.
aaron: No,
Adam K: That has to be written.
Adam K: Your
aaron: no.
Adam K: honor,
aaron: Libel
Adam K: I.
aaron: has to be.
Adam K: Look, as I'm representing myself in this trial.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: I would like to ask questions
Adam K: and then be shot down by the
Adam K: judge when they're not in the
Adam K: form of a question or whatever
Adam K: it's supposed
aaron: I gotta
Adam K: to be.
aaron: show you some sovereign citizen videos and you get rid of that
Adam K: Regardless,
aaron: right now.
Adam K: I was just thinking back to
Adam K: that, and there was this hubbub
Adam K: around the time, you know,
Adam K: Vocaloids came out and vocoders
Adam K: and all these things, whatever,
Adam K: just the autotune where it's
Adam K: like, okay, well, now anyone can
Adam K: be a singer and it doesn't
Adam K: matter.
Adam K: But then like T-Pain, like
Adam K: leaned into it and that was his
Adam K: whole schtick.
Adam K: But he's also just a really talented artist.
Adam K: So it's like, well, he's just
Adam K: using a tool to push him in a
Adam K: direction.
Adam K: And again, trying to relate
Adam K: everything to AI and where
Adam K: things are right now, where it's
Adam K: like, this feels different, but
Adam K: the same.
Adam K: Does that make sense?
aaron: Uh, yeah.
aaron: Sorta.
Adam K: Like it's lowering the bar where
Adam K: like, anyone can make a video
Adam K: now and they're not very good,
Adam K: but
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: sometimes there's something good in there or has like spackling
Adam K: of something like a good idea.
Adam K: And I like for me, so much of this stuff is just where it's
Adam K: like, I think it's just modern pre-vis for now, but people just
Adam K: get so excited about this and they're like, it's done.
Adam K: It's, it's ready for prime time.
Adam K: It's like, I don't think it is, but it's just coming out and
Adam K: it's being, it's advancing so fast and people are just jumping
Adam K: all in on it.
Adam K: And now having regret for jumping all in because it looks
Adam K: like shit or sounds like shit.
Adam K: Um, but there's always like a time and a place.
Adam K: I was listening to a podcast,
Adam K: uh, search engine yesterday and
Adam K: they're talking to a drug dealer
Adam K: and right at the top they said,
Adam K: oh, we, we changed his voice
Adam K: with AI.
Adam K: I was like, oh, that's so much better than lowering it and
Adam K: adding a base filter.
aaron: Oh, yeah.
aaron: They just changed it to a normal voice.
aaron: That's just different.
Adam K: Mhm. I was like, that's smart.
Adam K: That's a really good use of it.
Adam K: As opposed to the first thought of being, well, I can steal.
Adam K: Well, George Lowe is dead and I
Adam K: want to make new space ghost
Adam K: episodes.
Adam K: I can do that as like, well, maybe don't I always assume
Adam K: people have good intentions and that's that's on me.
Adam K: That's my bad.
aaron: Yeah, that's that's the, uh, pessimist in, you
Adam K: Optimist.
aaron: know, the, the, when you said, that's my bad, that's on me.
Adam K: Well, it's that's the
Adam K: pessimistic side of me for being
Adam K: too optimistic.
aaron: That's what I'm saying.
Adam K: Yeah. It's a yin and a yang.
Adam K: Look, I'm the glass is just empty.
Adam K: It's not even half full.
aaron: Yeah. I think I'm going to take my claw hand and go exercise.
aaron: I, but I do want I do want that mask pitch.
aaron: We should, uh, and we should, we should talk about.
aaron: I wonder if there's a way.
aaron: We. It might be a thing that we put together that once we
aaron: assemble the parts, once we have a finished video and then have
aaron: an article about it.
aaron: But
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: there's a. The modular person in me is like, we make this silly
aaron: commercial, but then we also show the process behind it, how
aaron: we did it.
Adam K: Yeah. I don't want it to be, you
aaron: A big
Adam K: know,
aaron: thing.
Adam K: an AI slop fest, obviously.
aaron: No.
Adam K: Use it.
Adam K: Use it where we can.
Adam K: Um.
aaron: I think I'll be obviously I'll be the personality in it.
aaron: Um, obviously.
Adam K: I figured it'd just be you and I both just.
Adam K: I don't know either.
Adam K: I fly out there, you fly out here.
aaron: I could fly.
aaron: Oh, I think I have a united credit.
Adam K: You will never show up here.
aaron: No they've
Adam K: You're gonna
aaron: been
Adam K: be
aaron: they've
Adam K: stuck at the
aaron: been
Adam K: airport.
aaron: flying people recently.
Adam K: Really?
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: Real
aaron: Uh.
Adam K: humans.
aaron: Uh. I know they've flown.
aaron: No, they haven't flown any dogs.
aaron: They're still they're still not able to do that.
aaron: But.
Adam K: No, I don't.
Adam K: Do not bring Riggs for his own safety.
Adam K: I'd rather him hang out with a German Shepherd.
aaron: You know,
Adam K: The
aaron: it's
Adam K: dog park on the
aaron: it's
Adam K: weekend.
aaron: about to get worse, too, because my uncle is retiring in two
aaron: months from United.
aaron: So like their last great person to, you know, make sure planes
aaron: are okay is leaving.
Adam K: Uh.
aaron: And even he was like, yeah, it's going downhill.
aaron: I'm leaving.
aaron: Okay.
Adam K: He's the guy who knows how to use the wrench.
aaron: Well, the
Adam K: He's
aaron: he, uh,
Adam K: leaving.
aaron: he was like, yeah, they were,
aaron: uh, the other day they were
aaron: trying to put these winglets on
aaron: this, uh, seven, eight, seven or
aaron: it was one of the triple sevens
aaron: and no one knew how to do it the
aaron: right way.
aaron: And so I project managed it and
aaron: guided them through putting on
aaron: these winglets.
aaron: That shouldn't be a big deal.
aaron: And I was like, I don't know anything that you're saying.
aaron: And then he he described it and
aaron: he's like, yeah, this the new
aaron: bunch.
aaron: It's going to be interesting.
aaron: Usually we, I was able to just put those people on interior
aaron: detail and let them, you know, install seats and stuff.
aaron: But yeah, now they're working on engines.
aaron: That's cool.
Adam K: Cool. So don't fly.
Adam K: You not continue not flying.
Adam K: United is what you're saying.
aaron: Yeah. I'm supposed to have travel credit in here, but I
aaron: don't see it.
aaron: Whatever.
aaron: I'll just buy it sick.
aaron: It doesn't matter.
Adam K: You know, this is also, uh, here's here's a quick review.
Adam K: I bought the Logitech.
Adam K: I think it's called a super
Adam K: strike x2 or something like
Adam K: that.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: Uh, this is, this is an ad for you and NPR.
Adam K: Listen to me.
Adam K: Click.
Adam K: Can you hear it?
Adam K: You can't hear it.
aaron: I can I can hear you wheezing.
aaron: I don't, but I
Adam K: Let
aaron: don't
Adam K: me
aaron: hear
Adam K: pull
aaron: that.
Adam K: my mouth away from the microphone.
Adam K: I'm clicking.
Adam K: Listen.
aaron: You don't?
aaron: You don't sound like Lakshmi Xing.
Adam K: No, uh, just barreling through the news for that day.
aaron: Click click click click.
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: Uh, it's got these, like,
Adam K: magnetic switches in it or
Adam K: something.
Adam K: Uh, whatever.
Adam K: But they they dampen the clicking.
Adam K: It's so nice.
aaron: That's cool.
Adam K: It's like one hundred and fifty dollars, though.
Adam K: I think it's usually two hundred.
Adam K: I got it on that was technically on sale, so
aaron: That's not cool.
Adam K: it's not cool.
Adam K: It's very pricey.
aaron: Do you think it's gonna be hard?
aaron: Okay, I'll message these boring car stories.
aaron: People too on Instagram.
aaron: I wonder
Adam K: Yeah. Why
aaron: if it'll
Adam K: not?
aaron: be hard to get Ahold of them.
aaron: They have eleven thousand followers.
aaron: I'm down to eight and a half thousand now.
Adam K: Down.
aaron: Yeah,
Adam K: Uh. Keep leaving
aaron: I
Adam K: you.
aaron: continually, continually lose followers.
Adam K: It's probably for the best.
aaron: Yeah, I just don't.
aaron: I basically, I've just been
aaron: hemorrhaging followers since I
aaron: started the accounts at Rooster
aaron: Teeth.
aaron: So they started and they immediately got, you know, I
aaron: think my Instagram got twenty thousand and my, my Twitter had
aaron: sixty or seventy.
aaron: I don't even know what it was.
aaron: They immediately got that.
Adam K: Uh.
aaron: And then because I don't post for the last ten years, they've
aaron: just been bleeding.
aaron: And I don't really care.
aaron: Who cares?
Adam K: It's a again, no one no one needs social media.
Adam K: And I, I commend you for, you know, playing with the sickness,
Adam K: but you don't need it.
aaron: Yeah. I think it's hurting my
aaron: career, not doing it, but
aaron: whatever.
aaron: Um,
Adam K: What career?
aaron: that exactly.
aaron: That's what I'm saying.
Adam K: Oh, well, there was one guy, one
Adam K: of our subscribers, I think he
Adam K: got the same email and he's
Adam K: like, I can't get your
Adam K: newsletters.
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: And I was like, okay, well, let
Adam K: me I talked to the the web host
Adam K: guy.
Adam K: He couldn't.
Adam K: He was like, you probably marked a spam.
Adam K: I made like a change on our end.
Adam K: And then I emailed him again and
Adam K: say, hey, are you getting our
Adam K: email?
Adam K: Obviously not because he didn't respond.
Adam K: Um, but I did ask like, is there
Adam K: like a social media thing you
Adam K: prefer?
Adam K: We'll just make an account there
Adam K: and I will just send you the
Adam K: notification through that social
Adam K: media.
Adam K: But that is probably something we should do.
Adam K: I don't know.
Adam K: Is that worth anything?
Adam K: I don't want to run social media.
Adam K: I don't want to look at social media.
aaron: I don't know what you're saying.
aaron: Have a have social media or something.
aaron: What are you
Adam K: Have
aaron: talking about?
Adam K: basically a null and void account like we used to before.
Adam K: You lost my Twitter password or whatever happened.
Adam K: Um.
aaron: I mean, I think it wasn't logged
aaron: into after however many days of
aaron: not.
aaron: I you asked someone who doesn't use Twitter to, to be like, hold
aaron: this Twitter thing and I did,
Adam K: Yeah.
aaron: but then I didn't log back into it.
Adam K: Which is I more commendable.
Adam K: Regardless, it doesn't doesn't really matter.
Adam K: I was just like, most people probably don't want to rely on
Adam K: email and I can, you know,
aaron: That's
Adam K: I.
aaron: why on the top of my the side
aaron: that I built, I literally I put
aaron: a black bar at the top with
aaron: whatever I can put whatever at
aaron: the top of it and say, there's a
aaron: new.
aaron: Well, if it were null and void, I'd be like, there's a new blog
aaron: out, there's a new email that went out or not getting our
aaron: emails, report it here, you know, whatever it is, it's just
aaron: like a news banner at the top.
Adam K: Yeah, but like, it wouldn't be hard to just use an A to N or
Adam K: probably even Claude or any one of these things.
Adam K: Just build an automation that anytime a new story goes out,
Adam K: it's just an automated social media account that just says,
Adam K: here it is, new link.
Adam K: So if you want to follow it
Adam K: there, but then I that's all it
Adam K: is.
Adam K: It's just basically a glorified RSS feed, but I don't know.
Adam K: Is that worth
aaron: Well,
Adam K: it?
Adam K: Do you think?
aaron: yeah, probably.
aaron: I mean, I'll write that as a thing, too.
Adam K: I'm glad someone's taking notes.
aaron: Yeah. Gotta have meeting notes.
aaron: Alright.
aaron: I need to get out of here.
Adam K: Sam. All right.
Adam K: I will talk to
aaron: Social
Adam K: you later.
aaron: media.
Adam K: I look forward to your geyser.
Adam K: And.
Adam K: Yeah, I think I'm going
aaron: Yeah.
Adam K: to do something similar, but different.
Adam K: So it's going
aaron: What?
Adam K: to be a vibe coated kind of week.
aaron: Really?
Adam K: I
aaron: You're making
Adam K: made
aaron: old
Adam K: an
aaron: person something.
Adam K: I may I'm going to I had this idea where basically I'm still
Adam K: trying to I can't find any really great videos on how to
Adam K: use the terminal.
Adam K: Um, like just like basic.
Adam K: So I, I asked Claude to make a app for like five year olds.
Adam K: I was like, imagine this is for
Adam K: like an elementary school or
Adam K: middle school where you create
Adam K: like a really kid friendly
Adam K: version of like, how do you do
Adam K: terminal commands?
Adam K: And I ended up making something kind of cool and a little retro.
Adam K: And I was like, you know what?
Adam K: Fuck it.
Adam K: I'm just going to make this into
Adam K: a website and like, this is my
Adam K: charity, I guess is like if any
Adam K: schools or anything want to use
Adam K: this thing, I'm just going to
Adam K: set up a free website that can
Adam K: use it.
Adam K: Why not?
aaron: That's nice.
Adam K: Yeah, it created a cute little raccoon character named bite.
Adam K: He's like your little avatar.
Adam K: He's like.
Adam K: And he makes all these different faces.
Adam K: Uh, wildly, you know, um, inconsistent.
Adam K: Like his glasses change colors all the time.
Adam K: But, um, I like the idea.
Adam K: And again, too, I'm like, I'm
Adam K: not trying to make money off of
Adam K: this thing.
Adam K: This is, this is not something
Adam K: it was built specifically for
Adam K: me.
Adam K: So
aaron: So
Adam K: I know how
aaron: you're
Adam K: to like.
aaron: trying to make money off of
aaron: kids, and I'm trying to make off
aaron: old people.
aaron: I see what's happening here.
Adam K: However, I can just sell shirts and not send them.
Adam K: I'm good.
aaron: Yeah, well,
Adam K: That's all.
aaron: that seven hundred grand I made was good for a while.
aaron: It lasted me almost six months.
Adam K: Yeah. Until you blew it on Intel stock, you
aaron: Uh,
Adam K: moron.
aaron: no. No, I bought Bitcoin at the top when it was six thousand
aaron: eight hundred dollars and crashed down to two.
Adam K: You're supposed to buy ether or
Adam K: one of the other ones that buy
Adam K: Doge.
aaron: I've had them all, and then I
aaron: didn't hold them longer than two
aaron: months.
aaron: And that's when you get the you see the tweets.
aaron: It's like, did anyone see fart
aaron: coin went up eight thousand
aaron: percent.
aaron: And you're like, well.
Adam K: So you're telling me I should buy SpaceX stock now?
aaron: Actually, probably.
aaron: But.
Adam K: Okay. Not like the mom and pops
Adam K: who bought it all at the the
Adam K: height.
aaron: No.
Adam K: Oh. I'm not good with money.
aaron: Yeah. You hear me clicking on my old mouse.
Adam K: I do you need to buy a two hundred dollars mouse so I don't
Adam K: have to hear that anymore.
Adam K: It's a very simple solution.
aaron: Yeah. Well, let's see how my new ventures go.
Adam K: All right.
Adam K: I will talk to you later.
aaron: All right.
aaron: Bye.
Adam K: Bye.
